James Madison in consideration for ESPN’s College Gameday

HARRISONBURG, Va. (WRIC) — James Madison University athletics and fans are making a case for why their undefeated, fifth ranked Dukes football team should host ESPN’s College Gameday on October 24th vs. the Richmond Spiders.

The Saturday CAA heavyweight bout is JMU’s homecoming weekend, which means the college and surrounding area will be packed and buzzing with excitement for the much anticipated game next weekend.

According to JMU athletics, the Dukes are being considered for ESPN’s flagship college football show.

Already there is a Facebook page garnering likes to get the worldwide leader in sports to JMU: Bring College Gameday to JMU
