(WIAT) — A new study finds a daily glass of red wine may actually help people with Type-2 diabetes.
According to the Annals of Internal Medicine, one to two glasses of red wine for men, and one glass or red wine for women, resulted in lower blood sugar and a decreased development of heart disease.
Red wine also modestly increased levels of HDL, or good cholesterol, and lowered overall cholesterol.
Cheers! Go ahead and pour yourself a glass tonight.
