RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Major changes are coming to a heavily traveled traffic circle near the intersection of Monument and Allen Avenues in Richmond.
This Friday, crews will begin working on a $550,000 project in the area, with the focal point being a new roundabout.
Earlier this week 8News spoke to drivers who frequently traveled through the area and said a roundabout will help ease some of the confusion when navigating through Richmond’s Fan and Museum districts. Others reached out to us on social media, saying the project was a waste of money.
