RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A cold front will pass through the area tonight with a few showers and thunderstorms associated with it.
A very minimal threat of severe weather if anything—the only “weather problem” could be some locally heavy downpours.
Overnight we will see the clouds break and temperatures drop down to near 70. After that a fair weather system will pass over the area Friday through Sunday and that is going to result in a few days of nice weather over us.
Skies will be mostly sunny and while it will be warm over us, the humidity will be out of the way. Highs will be in the upper 80s on Friday and in the mid 80s for the weekend.
A cold front is going to move into the area on Monday with a chance of a passing thunderstorm by the evening hours. It will be hot in the area with highs in the upper 80s and the lower 90s.
Following that, another system will move in over us. This will bring mostly sunny skies back to the area and a return to highs in the middle 80s.
