Richmond man indicted on federal fraud charges for “Mo’ Money Tax” scheme

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Richmond man, along with two others, has been indicted on federal fraud charges.

Corey Taylor allegedly helped open “Mo’ Money Tax,” which investigators say scammed people out of a lot of money under the guise of preparing tax returns.

Back in 2012, 8News found one Richmond location was even operating without a business license.

If convicted, Taylor faces 20 years in prison.
