HENRICO, Va. (WRIC) — Police have arrested another man for taking photos up women’s skirts in Henrico.
Last month, witnesses provided police with a description of a 35 to 40 year old male, along with his vehicle and license plate, after they say he was taking pictures up victim’s skirts at the 7-Eleven in the Tuckahoe Shopping Center on North Ridge Road.
Based on that information, police were able to identify Stephen Ryan Lewis of Lancaster as the suspect.
On Wednesday, Henrico Police observed Lewis taking photos under a victim’s skirt at the same 7-Eleven on North Ridge Road.
Lewis was taken into custody and charged with one felony count of unlawful creation of an image of another and one misdemeanor count of unlawful creation of an image of another.
Among Lewis’ victims were one woman under the age of 18 and another who is over 18. Police believe there may be other victims and continue to investigate.
Lewis is the second person arrested for taking photos up women’s skirts in Henrico in the past two months.
On May 31, 55-year-old John Alexander Wiggins was arrested on May 31 and was charged with two counts of unlawful filming after taking photos up women’s skirts in the Short Pump area.
Lewis is currently being held in Henrico County Jail.
