A heavy police presence, including the FBI were outside of the home in the 4500 block of Woods Edge Drive.

Two police officials with dogs were seen entering the home. U.S. Postal Inspector Police officials were also there, according to 8News sister station WISH-TV.

According to police, the investigation stems from a child porn investigation tied to a former employee.

Subway released a statement on the situation Tuesday afternoon.

“We are shocked about the news and believe it is related to a prior investigation of a former Jared Foundation employee,” the statement read. “We are very concerned and will be monitoring the situation closely. We don’t have any more details at this point.”

In April, Russell Taylor was arrested for three counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of child exploitation and three counts of voyeurism.

Taylor was the executive director for the Jared Foundation, which is a not-for-profit that helps children deal with childhood obesity. It was started by the Subway spokesman and Indianapolis native, Jared Fogle, in 2004.

Taylor was later let go from his position.

Fogle left the home Tuesday in front of a large media presence. He didn’t speak, and quickly left in a vehicle driven by someone else. See that video here:
