Police make 2nd arrest in connection to fatal shooting on Art Ave. in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Police have made an arrest in connection to a fatal shooting last week in Henrico.

Police say that last Thursday around 8:50 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 5200 block of Art Avenue. Responding officers found an adult male victim dead outside of a residence suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim has been identified as 27-year-old David Overton Agurs, of Richmond.

Henrico Detectives have charged 20-year-old Daisha Clora Woodruff with the murder of David Agurs. Detectives have also charged 26-year-old Ramann L. Harris with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon relating to the murder of David Agurs.

Police say that no further details are being released at this time.
