Taco Bell is about to blow your mind.

How many nights have you bargained with friends (or strangers… or basically anyone…) to get someone to take you to Taco Bell when you may not have been able to get their on your own? (High school and college ring any bells?) Those days could soon be over.

In a conversation with Nation’s Restaurant News (NRN), Taco Bell CEO Brian Niccol said that the restaurant is working to figure out how to roll out a delivery plan.

“Even though it’s the No. 1 request from consumers, we have to make sure we can give them an experience that’s consistent with Taco Bell, and that’s what we’re working through,” said Niccol in his interview with NRN. “We have to figure it out, and I can tell you right now we don’t have it figured out.”

Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean the chain is actively trying. According to NRN, Niccol confirmed that “some form of delivery will be in testing by late this year.”

Do you think you’d take them up on the service if it one day comes about?
