CAUGHT ON TAPE: Thieves rob two Richmond convenience stores

Richmond Police are searching for two suspects seen on surveillance video robbing two area convenience stores at gunpoint. Officers believe they robbed one of the stores twice in one week.

Last Friday around 12:36 a.m., detectives say a pair of suspects robbed the FasMart located at 2107 Semmes Avenue. Last night around 10:44 p.m., the same suspects entered the Four Corners Express at 415 East Broad Rock Road and robbed it at gunpoint.

The pair is suspected of robbing Four Corners Express on Tuesday, March 24, as well.

There were no injuries in any of the robberies. The suspects fled the scene of the crimes in a white vehicle, possible a Buick or Oldsmobile.

The first suspect is described as a black man, 20 to 25 years old, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall with a thin build. The second suspect is a black male, 5 feet six inches tall, with a stocky build.
