RVA Creativity Awards Recognizes Local Innovators

Richmond innovators will be honored again this year at the second annual RVA Creativity Awards, kicking off May 21st downtown.

The RVA Creativity Awards was created by The Creative Change Center (C3), an organization “focused on instigating creativity through the exchange of knowledge and ideas.” 10 Richmond individuals, teams and organizations will be chosen for their creative contributions.

8News asked Lisa Dance, chairperson of the Creative Change Center and RVA Creativity Awards organizer Lisa Dance the purpose behind the event.

“Because Richmond is awesome and we want the rest of the world to know it,” she answered.
