RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Pinch us, we’re dreaming! The nice weather will be around through Tuesday… We’ll thank the luck of the Irish for that.
Sunny skies will be with us today and it will be very pleasant with highs in the lower to middle 70’s.
It will be clear tonight and not as cold with lows in the upper 40’s to near 50. More sunshine is expected on Tuesday with a few clouds in the afternoon as a weather front passes by to our north. Ahead of that, we will have southwest winds which will push our temperatures up into the middle and upper 70’s.
Wednesday will feature mainly sunny skies but it will be much cooler than Tuesday as highs only top out in the middle 50’s.
Clouds will increase during Thursday morning and showers will develop as a weather slides across the Carolinas. This system will bring us off and on showers during Thursday afternoon and evening. Because of the clouds and showers Thursday will be a cooler day with highs only around 50.
Partly sunny skies will return for Friday with highs in the middle 50’s.
Saturday will be a warm day ahead of another cold front. We should see highs in the middle 60’s under partly sunny skies.
Cooler air will filter back in for Saturday but it will be partly sunny with highs in the lower 50’s.
