3 Suspects Sought in Chester Credit Card Theft, Fraud Case

The Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program is seeking the public’s help solving a credit card theft and fraud case that took place earlier this spring.

A woman lost her wallet in the parking lot of the Lowe’s at 2601 Weir Place late in the evening on Saturday, March 1. The next day, two of her credit cards were used to make unauthorized purchases totaling more than $1,300 at the Target at 2530 Weir Road.

Target surveillance footage captured images of three suspects—two black males and a black female—using the stolen cards.

Anyone with information about the suspects’ identities or whereabouts is urged to contact Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers by calling 804-748-0660 or texting “WATSON” followed by the tip to 274637. A cash reward of up to $1,000 is available for tips that help law enforcement.
