Teens Rob Chesterfield Papa John’s at Gunpoint

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC)—The Chesterfield County Police Department is seeking two young men who robbed a Papa John's last Thursday night.

Around 7:35 p.m. on Jan. 23, two black males entered the Papa John's at 9811 Hull Street Road, walked behind the counter and demanded money. One of the suspects had a handgun in his possession. The two fled the scene in a silver vehicle, thought to be a Nissan Altima, with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The armed suspect is in his late teens and is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall. He wore khaki-colored pants and a black jacket with the hood pulled up.

The second suspect is also in his late teens and is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall. He wore khaki-colored pants and a red jacket, with the hood pulled tightly around his face.

According to Chesterfield Police, these two teenagers are suspected to be involved in an attempted robbery at the same location that occurred on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013. During that incident, three suspects entered the store and demanded money; they fled without cash when an alarm was activated.
