BLACKSBURG – Robert Sarvis, the Libertarian candidate for Governor of
Virginia, will not be invited to participate in the final debate of the governor's
WDBJ, the station organizing the
Oct. 24 debate on the Virginia Tech campus, announced late Thursday that Robert
Sarvis has fallen just short of the 10 percent threshold for a third candidate
to get on stage.
Sarvis released a statement that
says he is disappointed, but not surprised.

here,” the statement reads. “As the goalposts kept changing over the past
