I-95 Back Open After Overnight Crash In Richmond

All lanes of Interstate 95 in Richmond are back open after a crash involving multiple vehicles closed northbound lanes in Richmond early Thursday morning.

State Police responded to northbound I-95 near mile marker 80, just north of the Bryan Park interchange, just after 3 a.m. Thursday. Four vehicles were involved in the crash, including two tractor trailers.

All lanes reopened by 5 a.m. Thursday.

In total, five people were taken to the hospital with injuries. The severity of their injuries is unknown.

The crash remains under investigation.
