Teen Injured In Hopewell Double Shooting

HOPEWELL,
VA—Two people,
including a teenager, were injured in double shooting in Hopewell late
Wednesday night.

A
17-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound to his right foot, and a 21-year-old
man was wounded in his left arm, police said.

It happened
around 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of Cloverdale Avenue, near Dellrose
Road.

Both
victims were transported to John Randolph Medical Center for treatment.

Police said they also
found a large amount of drugs and a gun at the scene of the shooting.
