PORTSMOUTH, Va. (AP) – The Coast Guard says the crew of a Portsmouth-based cutter helped to disrupt cocaine tracking in the northern Caribbean Sea during a 44-day patrol.

The cutter Harriet Lane returned to Portsmouth on Wednesday.

Its crew also detained 24 Cuban migrants and rescued a sea turtle during the counterdrug and migrant interdiction patrol.
